Inpatient Eating Disorder Progam Overview

Selah House offers a variety of professional treatment approaches to help our clients. You will find no better Eating Disorder Treatment Program in the Midwest or the United States for recovery, healing and connection with others. Selah is Indiana's only specialized inpatient center offering counseling for anorexia, bulimia and related disorders.

The program offers a clinical team of 10 (7 full-time and 3 part-time) to provide clinical care for 8 patients. In addition there are at least 3 nursing and support staff on duty at all times. Clients are typically in group therapy about 35 hours per week and have 6 individual sessions per week. We believe you won't find this level of care any place else. Comprehensive Assessments

The first step to get started in treatment at Selah House is to schedule a comprehensive assessment with our Admissions Director. It usually takes a couple of hours and can be done over the phone if travel makes it impossible to come to our facility. Our multi-disciplinary treatment team, including our Psychiatrist reviews all the information and a specific recommendation is made as to what level of care is necessary for each individual person. Selah House is licensed by the State of Indiana as a Private Mental Health Institution to provide a continuum of care that includes acute inpatient treatment through outpatient services.
