We are now accepting adult & adolescent clientsThe Selah House Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for Eating Disorders is designed to exclusively treat adolescents and adults with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, and/or Eating Disorder NOS. This eating disorder treatment program runs for six consecutive weeks as a closed group format. Our IOP consists of a multidisciplinary approach to treatment which includes Psychotherapy group, Nutrition Education and Monitoring, Spirituality, Body Image Experientials, Dance and Movement Therapy, Expressive Arts, Relapse Prevention Planning, Family Education and Therapy, and Experiential Exercises such as eating out, menu planning, grocery shopping, etc. Each session is unique and tailored to meet the current needs of the clients in IOP. The IOP includes the professional involvement of our eating disorder treatment team leader, a Mastered Level Social Worker, a Board Certified Psychiatrist, a Registered and Certified Dietician, a Mastered Level Therapist, and a Family Therapist. Following completion of the IOP, a residenial aftercare program is designed based on the professional recommendation of the treatment team for the specific needs of each individual. Intensive Outpatient Programs have been held in Anderson, Indiana and Fort Wayne, Indiana. Future program locations and times are established according to need and availability.
