Selah House provides a full range of treatment options for those who are suffering from the effects of an eating disorder, in whatever form that it has manifested. We offer a residential eating disorder treatment program where women (age 18 and older) stay at our nurturing home setting and receive around the clock care, education and a variety of active therapeutic treatment approaches. We also offer a 6-week eating disorders Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) where women or adolescents meet in small groups three times a week for intensive treatment by our trained staff. Regular outpatient counseling is also available. Finally, our eating disorder Residential Aftercare Program (RAP) is designed to ensure that those who have completed a residential program or an IOP have resources to assist them in sustaining their progress and healing as they re-enter their normal daily lives. A comprehensive assessment with our Intake Director is offered to gain individualized treatment recommendations from our Multi-disciplinary team. The assessment session usually takes a couple of hours and can be done over the phone if excessive travel issues makes it necessary. This assessment is required for admission into any of our programming. The one common thread that runs through all of our eating disorder treatment programs and all of the specific treatment approaches we employ, is our love for our clients and their families and our complete dedication and devotion to their healing.
